Unfortunately, this wording was only added to our bylaws this year because we had one or two members getting a bit sideways and we needed a plan to handle their negative behavior. However, even with the best of teams, I think it's smart to have this safety net in place.Any officer or agent, such as a committee chair, may be removed by the Board whenever in its judgment the best interests of the PTO would be served thereby. The method of removal shall be by 2/3 vote at a regular or properly called meeting at which a quorum is present.
