Thanks so much for the info. I spoke with a rep from AIM who gave me quotes for the various types of coverage. A parent at our school who is in the business said these were very reasonable prices. Thanks to everyone for all the useful information!

We have received an explaination of coverages and quotes and I talked with a local insurance rep that is a parent at our school and he felt this seemed to be good coverage and good prices. You can customize your package to include any or all of Liability, bond insurance, property and officer liability.
I am our group's president and I was just informed by our principal that our district has chosen a new insurance carrier and the new policy no longer covers any of the school's PTO's, PTA's, etc. Our coverage ended as of Dec. 31, 2003 yet I was informed of this only yesterday! We can hold no meetings, events, etc. until we have proof of coverage. Help!!! Who should we contact so we may get coverage as soon as possible?
