Hello, our school is in the unique position of combining a new "options" group with an on-going choice program to form a magnet school. We are experiencing some difficulty combining two programs into one PTO. I'd love to have a copy of your survey to use as a starting point in obtaining information from all of our parents. I had a problem logging into the above website as well until I realized there was a period at the end of it. Delete the period and you should be able to get there.
