Question: Parent Involvement at Title 1 School

We are a Title 1 school. We plan many events and our turn out is always very low. We give plenty of notice through flyers, Facebook, Twitter and Remind 101. Does anyone have any ideas how to entice more families to attend our events? Providing dinner hasn't helped either. All suggestions are welcomed.

Have you planned "free events" maybe a movie night, game night, arts and crafts? Something that will bring families together but not cost them anything? Maybe if they feel like they are not being asked for anything they will show up.
