Question: Pastries with Parents

Hi! I'm new to this so I have a question. I've heard of the muffins w/ moms and doughnuts w/ dads pastries with parents. I'm hoping that my child's school can do it. But I wanted some info on how to do it and how it works please if anyone can tell me. Is it basically just where someone comes and eats breakfast with their child?

Our principal typically sponsors this program and it is exactly that. She orders muffins (Costco) or donuts according to the RSVPs returned. They are bagged up (1 for each person) with the family name on the bag. Lower el students typically are asked to eat in the cafeteria while upper el students eat in the classrooms. Oh, she also provides mini water bottles.
