Question: Vendor Sponsor/Booth

Our school holds an annual Fall Festival with a carnival-like atmosphere. We are being asked by multiple businesses if they can set up a booth and hand out brochures to promote themselves. Some even want to set up a game for the children to play while promoting their business. We want to set some sort of parameter for this. We would like to have a form of some sort for when these requests come in that would require a donation to be made or for the business to "sponsor" one of the games or bounce houses. Is there a form for this or does anyone have any knowledge in this area??? Thanks in advance

At our school fall festival, we had vendors. We had a limit of up to 10 that could set up a booth and sell their goods. Inside the school (commons area) was the set up and we charged $50 for each vendor. We had food vendors outside in a picnic table setting (bar-b-que, candy apples, funnel cakes, popcorn) and we were paid a % of sales from those vendors.. I don't have a form - as we created a flyer and sent home with the students.
