Question: Fund raising

I need to know what rights a parent has to do fund raising with out the schools approval.

There really isn't an across-the-board answer we could give you. It would be a school issue that likely varies from school to school. So, you'd need to check with your school principal or the school district to find out what the rules are. It sounds like you are looking to do a fundraising program on you own? The principal or the district office could give you the guidelines on that.
