Question: after school programming agreement

Where I can find a sample contract agreement for external instructors (karate, dance) and/or parent volunteer instructors for a public elementary school after school programming?

We actually don't have templates for outside instructors on our File Exchange. I did try a google search with terms such as "contract templates public schools'' and it does look like some school districts publish them. That could be a good start for you. Good luck!
