Question: Business Expo

Is it ok for the pto group to have a night for the parents of the students who currently attend the school to go get information about their businesses. It is a free event no charges being made. also can their info about business be put in parent directory?

Yes, but if you're talking about commercial businesses, you should be charging them (or requiring a donation) to exhibit at your fair. Same thing for putting their information in your parent directory -- both of those are essentially advertising for the businesses, and your group/ the school should be paid for creating that opportunity.
