Who or how should you go about getting a committee together to do your annual audit?

Craig writes:The committee should be three to five people who are not signers on the checking account. It can be helpful to have a board member (VP or secretary, perhaps), and that person can recruit the other committee members. Choose people who are comfortable with numbers and balancing a check book. If you have someone with any business bookkeeping experience, that's a plus, but it's not necessary.
