Question: Board meetings and teacher representative

hello i wanted to know if the teacher representative should be at pto board meetings so they can have a say as well? thank you so much

We've seen groups do it both ways. I'd say the most common is for teacher reps just to come to general meetings. But if you have a teacher who is willing and who you work well with, it could be quite helpful to have her at board meetings, especially when you're discussing business that affects teachers/staff.
