Question: Boo Hoo Breakfast gift idea

I need an idea for a boo hoo breakfast gift idea. Last year i used a poem and placed it in a picture frame. It was a big hit, I need to get something just as good this year. Please help!

how about giving a colored shovel (you're school color) with a little bag of candy attached to it..include a gift card that says "I Dig School" If it is for the kids. If it is for the adults try little bowls from $ store.. add a small whisk also from $ store and an envelope of onion soup dip or some other kind of dip. Add card to say : let's dip into another school year together" it is cute and inexpensive.

Thanks! This year I made "memory boxes". I took clothes gift boxes that I got real inexpensive from an outlet store online and placed a poem I wrote about storing treasures from their first year.....

I had a son start this year and they gave us pieces of material cut in a small square of the school colors then a ribbon tied around it with the Year and School name wrote out. Made the material look like a tissue with the tip at the top to wipe the tears. Was very cute and was small so would be easy to store away for years to come.
