Question: Procedure to decide how money is spent
What should be the procedure for deciding if an idea that is brought up in a PTO meeting is worth pursuing? Should attendees at meeting vote, should the President decide, should the executive board have a separate meeting to decide?

We find if people are passionate about ideas they will help deliver them and then tell their friends. That is part of the reason that has helped us grow so quickly and so large in such a short time period.
