Question: Writing a Constitution to file for 501c3

So I understand the constitution is similar to the bylaws so when writting up a constitution for filing 501c3 can I copy the bylaws and if so what do I leave out?

You might want to look at what is requested for Articles of Organization for your state and adopt something similar if you choose not to incorporate.
