Absolutely. Our parent group offers scholarships for a 7th grade and an 8th grade student at our K-8 school. Students are required to apply, with included a written essay submission and an interview. We have a panel of 3 judges, none of whom are on the board of our parent group.

We have given many scholarship over the years. We give out 3-$500 Scholarships in May but they can not collect until after their first semester is completed & it is sent to the college...we have had two or three in the past drop out.
