Question: No one wants to be on the borad
All four of our board memebers are leaving or want off the board next year. We sent home a letter offering parents to join the board and got not one response. What do we do now? Should we send out a frantic letter?

Be prepared to tell them why you believe they would be a great choice for the board, what they would be expected to do, etc. And be persistent. Our Foundation pres was asked 9 times before she said yet.
