I am Dawn Lagardo president of the Pto at Rosefield, I need to find out who is able to use our web in the admin. mode.We think the a person who had been removed by the school board is still able to sign in. Thank you

Hi Dawn. Your main user and anyone w/ Software Coordinator permission level for your system can view and manager everyone's permission levels for Volunteer Manager. They'll just need to go to the Set up tab, then Users, then User Permissions and then look for her name and if she still has Admin level they can change and then Save. -Bryce w/ PTO Today

We provide food and treats to our teachers and staff a few times during the year. We always have potlucks! Parent teacher conferences (always has a theme) So that is 2. Valentine's we offer sweet treats. Then the week of teacher appreciation week, we try to have something small each day.
