A holiday season activity at Cedar Grove Christian Academy has grown into a year-round effort for some students. Through Operation Christmas Child, students at the Philadelphia school collect toiletries, crayons, small books and toys, and other similar items to fill shoe boxes, which are then sent to needy children in other countries.
