How do you handle those pesky partial value certificates in your auction?
We're in the thick of item procurement, and I know from past experience and all I've read that partial value items ($200 off a week of camp, etc.) don't go well. We don't solicit these, but always seem to get some anyway (Example: Last year an auto shop donated a free oil change, and this year gave us $100 off service instead.)
My question: What to do with them? I don't like the idea of these cluttering up our silent auction, but we have them and need to do something with them. Any advice?
