Which kind of raffles were you doing?
Chinese Auction Raffle? Silent Auction Raffle? Paddle Party Auction Raffle?
As for the first two auction raffles, the best advice would be instead of each one writing their name, address and phone number on each ticket. Have a numbered piece of paper and when the customer purchases a ticket have them write the number on the sheet on the back of the ticket. And of course their name and phone number is listed on that sheet. So when you draw the tickets, you just match the number from the numbered sheet of paper and you will have the customer's contact information. This was also saves you on raffle tickets because you don't give out both sides of the raffle ticket, but only one side.
As for the Paddle Party Fundraiser, this one takes a lot of people, money and time to pull through. But if you are located in northwestern PA or northeast Ohio there's a company that coordinates these paddle party fundraisers to help raise money for non-profit organizations, clubs and boosters. They don't charge a fee. For set up a Grateful Events Paddle Party Fundraiser contact them. They are located in New Wilmington, PA and will travel 50 miles radius from zip code 16142.
I wish you luck in any type of raffle you choose to do.
