When do you write thank you notes to businesses or people who donate to your auction?
If you wait until after the auction is over, you can report results.
If you write notes as items are received, the task is more manageable.
I'm looking for advice - it took forever to get notes completed after our spring auction and I find myself back in fundraising mode again unexpectedly, needing to raise more money than ever (and this time my other committee members can't assist). Thanks for any advice.
