Ganz sent Webkinz products (trading cards and book, 2 Webkinz animals, etc) to us in the spring. I sent a letter to the corporate office and they sent a donation about a month later.
Hi! Does anyone know how to request a donation from Ganz? According to their website, it doesn't look like they do school donations. Thanks in advance for the help!
Thanks mrsginner for the bulls info and for the other great ideas! I heard not to expect a response. But I never thought to contact Marriot Lincolnshire theater. Thank You!
In response to the CHicago Bulls. I have tried them twice for donations and have gotten no response or a sorry.. we cannot donate.. I have a lot of luck with the Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox and even the Brewers and Bucks in Wisconsin depending where you are located. I am up near the Wisconsin/Illinois Border so not that big of a deal for me.
Other things that worked in my area: Lake County IL area
Keylime Cove- Gurnee just send a letter into the main address - usually donate a one night stay and water park passes for 4
Norweigian Cruise lines has a link for donation request- just google it. I haven't recieved a response but what a great prize that will be.
Shedd Aquarium- letter to main address and sent four admission tickets- they have also sent 4 VIP tickets that covers everything before
Museum of Science and Industry- sent four tickets - I just sent a letter to the main address
Marriott Lincolnshire Theatre- google marriott lincolnshire donation request and got the name of the person. He sent two tickets to a show. However the show begins four days after my event...
Just a little heads up about Strider Bikes............
My son sent them a donation request and this is what he received back (and he wasn't even asking for a bicycle..so I don't think the lady even read his email, but anyway):
[BLOCKQUOTE]Thank you for the inquiry regarding the donation of a Strider No-Pedal Bike to your fundraising event. At this time, we’ve changed our donation program from the bike donations of the past to a new program that will run through the NBL (www.nbl.org) that will have us developing a unique Strider for special needs children up to 10 years old that will help them develop their balance and coordination and ultimately allow them to learn to ride a bike. Sorry we can’t support your request at this time but we really feel strongly about this new program and think that it will bring great joy to these kids and parents alike. [/BLOCKQUOTE]
