You could consider scaling back and doing just the bare minimum with a few volunteers until you can build things back up. Can you keep getting the word out that the group will essentially be inactive unless some folks step up? Really sorry this happened.
We had our nominating meeting last night and nobody stepped up to fill the vacant offices. Our current officers are all stepping down, so we essentially have no one to run the PTO. Do we vote to dissolve or do you suggest lying dormant for a year or two to see what happens? If we go dormant how exactly do we go about that? Thank you!
