You could snapshot the whole doc in Acrobat and paste it into Publiser. Then add a text box to the forefront of the publication with your words. I have done this with a few things, and although it doesn't look as fluid it still works.

I am looking for the My Coke Rewards brochure that I can edit. I do not have Acrobat with editing and I need to customize the brochure a little before I send it to our parents. I was hoping to maybe convert it to a Word document or something. If there is anyone out there with it or how to do it I could use a little help!
