Is that a requirement in your area? In ours, the Principal of each campus approves fundraisers - although there may be some general guidelines in effect from the district level.
Also - in our area, if there is anything that must be requested by the district (such as request to circulate flyers at a campus), they have a specific form that must be filled out. When I've written a letter, I had to re-do it in their form.
So do you know for sure 1) the letter needs to go to them and 2) they will accept a free-form letter?
I am trying to write a letter to the school board requesting permission to do a fundraiser for our school. Does anyone have suggestions or a form letter that I can use to submit.
