Lots of surveys out there for obtaing teachers and parents input/suggestions. It's the end of the year and I'm conducting class room "exit interviews" for each 5th grade class to find out what they enjoyed at our elementary over the six years, what they would have liked to see, etc.
Has anyone done this? Have a template or good questions I could use?
