Without hiring a consultant to walk us thru this, does anyone have a good outline or matrix we could use to help us to develop a Mission Statement, Vision and Goals for a DIVERSITY program that has limped along and we want to revive it and make it BIG. Bring it to Staff/Super to integrate across our 6000+ student diverse district.
