I use Print Shop to do my calendar and newsletter. I bought it at Wal-Mart for $10. It's been GREAT to have! I use it for lots of things and it has tons of clip art.

Our school gives out a calender at the beginning of the school year (a printer makes them) with all our yearly events (you know the ones that never change), meeting dates, and other information that we know by August 1st. It is also our student handbook. I believe our cost for something like this is $500. We also have calender pages on our school and PTG web sites, as well as updated calenders that go home in the family packets each month. Will your school secretary be willing to type a monthly calender up with your school and parent/teacher group information on it?
I am new to this site and PTO. I read the message boards last night and would really appreciate the yearbook information and any great ideas for involvement. Lastly, does anyone have a good program or site to print a monthly PTO CALENDAR to pass out to the entire school?? Does anyone else do this? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you!
