This is all true but, is the kareroke machine gonna stay in the same corner. will all my friends still have there same stool? Can I decorate it any way I want? Is it ok to drop peanut shells on the floor so my bird can pick them up? Is there a pantry where Teen and Tiner can hide from the hurricanes? With all the hopping around--are you sure we want lose the idea of what we are doing and just have a bunch of nonsense? I'm worried that everyone will lose intrest..I know that I will. I look for ways to make page two better because it is our place to go just to release the pressures of PTO. PLEASE<PLEASE<PLEASE< DON'T TAKE AWAY PAGE TWO!!!!

Ah, but this virtual world opens so many possibilities.

Imagine the fun we could have in a decadent candy & dessert emporium. Networking, complaining, having a few laughs, and each of us choosing our own sinfully wonderful dessert while doing so.

i THINK THE THING WITH PAGE TWO IS THAT WHEN YOU COME HOME FROM A DAY AT SCHOOL YOU JUST NEED A PLACE TO JOKE ABOUT IT SO WE DON'T NAG OUR HUSBANDS. WE HAVE ALL BEEN THERE...NAGGING. AS FAR AS THE DRINKING I MAY COME ONTO PAGE TWO BUT I REALLY DON'T DRINK BUT IT'S NICE TO JUST SAY"GEESH I NEED ONE".TRUTH IS I HAVEN'T HAD A DRINK SINCE A FRIEND GOT MARRIED 16 YEARS AGO. TRUTH IS OUR PTO MEMBERS JOKE ALL THE TIME ABOUT GOING OUT AND HAVING A DRINK, BUT WE NEVER HAD.I THINK THIS IS A FUN PLACE TO BE, IT'S NICE TO HEAR OTHERS COMPLAIN JUST ABOUT GENERAL STUFF THAT ISN'T ENOUGH TO START A TOPIC. I am very sad that people feel that page two is a chique. It was never meant to be. I found it one day and decided to read it and started posting. I found every one to be supportive and very friendly and truthfully have found out about the person behind the post which makes me value their opinions much more. Who would you take advice from--someone you knew a little about or someone with whom you know a little about their background and personality?? I have found alot of support in this group exspecially when Florida was haveing all of those hurricanes. I was scared to death and it was nice to know that all those people were praying for me. As far as the drinking goes, I had the impression that it was more of a joke than any thing else. Come on, If we all drank like that then we wouldn't be able to function in life. I have no objections to it being a soda and snack bar only as that is what I really drink any way. Page Two is mostly about feeling good. I would never in real life have the guts to sing kareoke. I feel like it has made me alot of friends in different places and I feel safe talking to them because it is a PTO forum. Tim, I hope that we can find a compromise and Page Two will not be closed. I will be sorely missed as I look forward to logging on after a long day at work and having a few laughs. I read the other posts after I have before I go to page two and enjoy the lighter side after reading all the problems with PTOs. Sorry, this is so long but I am speaking from the heart. I think compromise is the key here.

I have to say I completely agree with MichelleB... all the way. I would think just by the nature of all the posts it would draw people in and I think our Virtual place has been a success......but i think we are going to get evicted.....too bad.

P.S. I do not see it as a clique either, here we go again with the clique thing...you can't make someone "post" it is supposed to be light hearted - which it HAS BEEN ALL THE WAY..have a virtual coke for goodness sake and get over it!

If I may, please remember page two started with Jolly Ranchers and Sprite and just went from there...I'm not a drinker by nature either but "where's that blender" feels good to ask after a long day.

EVERYONE has great thoughts and maybe it is time, not sure about the different themes (I'm not a "happy camper" kinda gal-- rather go to a hotel without room service) BUT I'm not a drinker either!

If I may Tim...never in my wildest dreams did I think that page 2 would be so popular! Just to see it at page 10 is so awsome to me! How about
