We are also allowed to borrow their hot bags. We use Donatos if that exists in your area. They are really easy to deal with. They deliver to us and if we are really planning on selling a lot we plan a couple of deliveries. So, half at the start and another half an hour or so into our event.
Our local pizza place loans us the hot bags they use to transport pizzas. They keep the pizzas hot for longer than I would think. We also pick them up about 1/2 hour before our event which means they are just out of the oven when we get them.
Our pizza is popular so normally sells out before it gets cold. We order around 20 normally, more if we take pre-orders for whole pizzas.
We are thinking of selling pizza at an upcoming event, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to keep it hot during the sale. We are expecting 200-250 people so we're talk about 25-30 pizzas. Help!
