How do you set up your prize redemption center for your carnival or fun fest? We are buying all of our own prizes, but can't decide the most efficient way to run the prize center.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Should we put all the prizes in the center then just have the kids hand over their tokens as they pick prizes? Should we put a sample of each prize out on the table (saw one idea to cover the table in saran wrap if we do this!)? Should we put the items in clear jars?
Also, do you have one big line of tables or do you have lots of tables in different areas of the room ?
We are looking for suggestions on best practices and how to get the kids in and out fast! We've had super long lines in year's past because everyone waits until the last half hour to get their prizes. Also, we do use tokens.
