Gary-
We'd love it if you upload your flyer to our File Exchang e so others can use it as well.

Thanks!

Lisa-
Someone on our Facebook page recently talked about hosting pumpkin carving event with kids and Dads- thought that was a neat idea.

We have a bunch of flyers in our File Exchange for dad events:

Lisa,

Hi! We always do ours at night. I have a simple flyer I can send you. Also, we are now coordinating our Pastries with Parents (formerly Desserts for Dads) to occur during our book fair. This way our Dads and parents get a chance to visit our book fair on the same night. It gives the parent/child nice time together and any purchased books help our media center. Email me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and I can send you the flyer.

We are planning on having our first Desserts with Dad this year. We are unable to do it in the morning due to reading intervention groups that have to take place so we are planning for an afternoon/evening event. Has anyone ever done one at that time of the day? Everything that I have come across is in the morning. We are planning on asking our families to donate baked desserts and beverages. Any suggestions or ideas would be great! Thanks, Lisa
