With our carnival we use a company that provided us with the games and prizes and we only pay for the prizes we give out. We have a redemption center where tokens are turned in for prizes.
Playing the game you get a token. Additional tokens were given based on winning the game (predetermined by the carnival company).

We are having our first carnival in May. We have no idea how many prizes to buy. We have approximately 520 students enrolled, we expect about 1/3 to 1/2 to show up. At this time we are planning 7 to 10 games. Now, how many prizes per game? Do we do 3 levels per game (consolation, small, big)?
Thanks! We don't want to over/under order prizes. All help is GREATLY appreciated.
