Fill a jar with small ducks and have a guessing game where you sell guesses for $1 and people win the jar of ducks for the right guess.
You could also do a duck carnival game. with a baby pool and floating ducks with prize codes on the bottom. have 10 small prize ducks, 4 medium prize ducks and 2 large and one grand size duck. The prizes can be stickers for the small, some cheap plastic toy (check oriental trading) then a slightly nicer prize for the large like a rubber duck. The grand prize might be a small stuffed animal.
Have you asked others what they were going to be doing in their booths? I would start there and then judge from the other responses. How many booths are there going to be at the Duck Race? In my opinion, the Sandy Candy is really messy. I think the duck necklaces are a cute idea....but make sure that you are the only one doing that idea.
Our school district's Education Association is having a duck race fundraiser. This is the first time we have done anything like this. Each school will have a booth to sell things/food at the event in Ocotober. I am trying to decide what to do for our booth. I am thinking of doing Sandy Candy and maybe little duck necklaces. I am not sure if we should do all food or do the duck necklaces as souviers. As I said, it is our first and I don't know what people will be willing to spend money on or how many people will come.
Any thoughts or ideas would be welcome.
