We are considering hosting an equipment swap at part of our fall Back to School Kick-Off. Perhaps as broad as dance and sports shoes and clothing, halloween costumes, sports equipment, etc. Wondering if anyone out there has successfully managed the logistics for such an event. We are discussing topics like charging admission, whether we run it as a true "swap" or more like a consignment opportunity. Perhaps charging admission and consigning, but you get in free if you donated an item. Please let me know what has worked for all of you so that we don't re-create the wheel! Thanks.
