Our PTO did a walk of fame one year for Teacher Appreciation week. They got misc floor tiles from Home Depot and spray painted them white and then with a big blue star. (school colors are blue and white). in the middle of each star, there was a teacher's name written on it. So every teacher, teacher assistant, support staff and custodian represented.
The tiles were near our front door to the school and the 1st morning, a red "carpet" (used a roll of tablecloth) was laid out leading up to the school. Teachers arriving would walk up the red carpet and see the starts on both sides of the carpet and could find their's.
