We are actually having our school district's technology "guru" come speak to our parents about Internet Safety. He is certified as "iSafe"
(check out their website)
and is conducting this program for free. This is such an important issue. He covers topics like internet predators, myspace information, not just the bad, but how they can be used for good (most kids have these, not to mention businesses and others; yet, parents are for the most part clueless), internet bullying (major problem), etc.
We are planning on having an internet safety "camp" for our 4-6 grade students shortly after school begins, using the information we learn from our Tech guy.
I'm sure most school's these days would have someone who is certified to offer something like this, check into it
