We are having our first ever Movie Night on February 2.
Response has been incredible with almost 500 RSVPs.
We have a ton of merchandise to sell, it looks like we'll have a bunch of the food donated, and we even have a few sponsors.
The event will be outdoors, which posed a couple of challenges. First, an outdoor exhibition license cost $375. Not really a problem, but more than expected. Second, we wanted to show Cars, but Disney has a ton of rules for showing their films outside, and you can't do it in February.
We will show 'Over the Hedge' and it is shaping up to be a great event.
We never would have tried it without PTO Today, so if anything goes wrong, I'll blame all of you.
I'd appreciate any last minute tips and advice you might have, especially on the concession purchasing.
