Need "main event" idea for Fun night approaching

Do a dunk tank and ask all of the people who have been annoying this year to volunteer! Sorry--couldn't resist!

you could do a pie throwing thing with teachers and students. The students pay to throw a pie at a teacher. you could even auction this, which would be a lot of fun.

How about any of the following:

Rock Climbing Wall
Dance Dance Revolution machine
Karioke Contest
Dunk Tank (have teachers get dunked)
Faculty Basket Ball Game or
Faculty vs Parents Game (volley ball/basket ball)

For our spring fling we have inflatables set up--usually 6-8 of them--we try to do this outside every year and charge admission, we offer pop, water, hotdogs, chips and pizza that can be purchased. This will be the first year having a silent auction at the spring event(we usually have the auction at our Breakfast with Santa but wanted to do something differnt this year)

Hey everyone. I have been looking around at thsi site and love it. I am the treasurer for the PTO and had a question for you. Our fun night is coming up in March, and we always have a HUGE attendance for the games, food and auction. We normally have a "main event" in the gym area (ie: last year we had a "safe" mechanical bull and the kids could pay extra to ride it), and the kids loved it. Well one of the PTO members isn't for it, saying it's promoting a dangerous job (bull riding), but the kids loved it. What would be another main even we could offer for that age of 8-14 or so that they would be into and fun at the same time?? Any ideas?

Thanks,
Angie
