We have done them on a Saturday, 10 - 4. We charged $10 and that included lunch which was donated by volunteers (pto scrappers). We had a "tools" table which had a sizzix die cut system and other cutting tools.

It was a very relaxed enjoyable day. We did stipulate that children must be accompanied by an adult. Turns out only adults attended anyway.

We are doing one at my church to raise funds for our children's committee in Jan 2007...
"A scrapbook social" Bring your own bag lunch and a dessert to share. Admission is either $5 or 5 new items for our scrapbooking supply sale table. We are also selling a secret raffle... the prize is unknown to the people who pay--a "Mystery raffle." The mystery gift is the remaining items on the table & a $25 gift cert. to a local scrapbook supply store.(getting donated)
We just have to come up with a price for the supply table- haven't thought about that yet.

Has anyone ever tried to do a scrapbook day? If so how did it go and any tips to make it run smoothly?
