Our school adopted a new nutritional guideline. They ask that healthy lunches be packed, healthy snacks sent in for the celebration of birthdays and for our 3 school parties. I'm running out of healthy snack ideas for the students and to offer parents at events such as Open House, Parent Teacher Meetings, hospitality events...etc... Our principal does not want donuts and cookies at our events. Please help. Our school is located in the Northeast; soon we won't be able to get great tasting watermelon and other fruits. Thanks!
