Do you do the inflatables inside or out? Could you do them in your gym? Or maybe ask the teachers to car pool that day and set it up int he parking lot. Or you could do dunking booths or water gun wars.
How about something with water, like water balloon wars or maybe some type of dance?

Our pta sponsors a carnival type event during the school day in the fall. We usually have inflatables, a hay ride, face painting, and a few other activities. This year, because of construction, we may not be able to do the inflatables. Any ideas to replace this activity??
