Our school is relatively new (11years) and we have been relying on outside sources to provide hot lunches to our children. Well, this years incoming board would like to start the ball rolling on "in house" food service. I need ideas on how to purpose this to our principal and ideas on how to fund the project. Also, any information anyone has one how much something like this cost would be helpful. We do have a kitchen and some equipment. Thanks for any help.
