HELP! We are trying to raise funds to help offset the cost of going to Washington D.C.. One of the ideas that we are exploring is a Drive UP movie I have found a company that will come out and do the whole thing ; screen, sound system, set up/take down but at a cost of $1,000 - $1,400. Has anyone just rented all the equiptment and done the rest themselves through volunteers? If so, can you direct to the business that just rents. Also, how was the profit? We are a small town, but a great community that would come out for this type of fundraiser.
