Hi!
We're attempting our first silent auction at our carnival in Feb. A parent suggested that we auction a "Principal for the Day" package... my principal is game, but she wants to know what exactly the student would get to do? I have no clue.... HELP!

* Lunch at a RSVP table for your student and five of their friends for one month
* The highest bidder gets to pick what will BE lunch for one Friday (Sounds fun if feasable)
* School Gear...a jacket or polo shirt etc with your school mascot or simple "school name PTO" on the shirt
* At one auction our club (out side of school) basket went for $1500. It was birthday supplies for a family of six (farm community!) with plates, cake, decorations, fun activites etc!!! GREAT BASKET!
* Children's art work framed. Simple items to look art show or gallery glamorous!
*A survival bag full of fun stuff for the parent that attends field trips!
* Massage and manicure FOR their teacher! No teachers or staff can bid as this is an item parents bid on for their teacher
I'm loosing steam....

We just recently hosted our 4th annual silent auction. Some of our most popular items were items donated by teachers and school administrators such as: Dinner at a local rest. with the principal, after school crafts with a teacher, baking cookies and cocoa with a teacher, matinee and popcorn with a teacher, picnic lunch and afternoon at the park with a teacher and her two dogs.....We also had classrooms that created their own personalized crafts and auctioned them.. Parents, grandparents, and family members were outbidding each other and we made out in the end. Overall, we were able to make over $11,000.
Hi, I will like to have silent auction items in our HIP HOP like; VIP parking for all school events..the winner gets to park in front of the entrance door for the entire year . I need ideas please help me....Thanks
