We have done a family fun night for what seems like a 100yrs. We rent games and one parent built some. We actually pay a high school group to run all the games. We also rent a bounce house. This is all inside out cafe/audi. We do a cake walk which is big. For the adult we have an live/silent auction. We collect items from local businesses and parents in the school. We normally make around $3000. off everything combined. It's a huge night for our school. We also run a kitchen to serve dinner. Oh, for the games we buy the penny candy and little toys from Orient Trading. Each person gets a small paper sack to carry their stuff. We also have a store that we sell some school stuff and some stuff we buy from the catalog. If you need any help I can forward our flyers and outline. I hope this helps.

That sounds so wonderful! We are having so much trouble getting people involved in the school. Can you send me the information on the game night? I know you posted this a while ago... I apologize for bothering you. My email is louro@sbcglobal.net
We rent games and bounce houses and things like that. But all the help at the event is all volunteers and teachers.
