Hi Tim
I have all of the Family Night Kits even the Splenda Bake Sale but what I don't know is how to make up a budget for them. We don't want to do them as fundraisers so I need to know everything else. We are PreK through 7th grade. Can we show the same movie to all grades? Do we have to do 2 or 3 different movies? Different days or different times on the same day??? We also don't have much money because like I said the old members just did one fundraiser for the year then left. So I need a little more information. We have the volunteers and the heart we just need to hear from someone who has actually done it.

Hi MM -

You're in luck. Our School Family Nights program ( www.schoolfamilynights.com ) offers complete kits to help you put on any of four different complete nights. From set-up instructions, to planning and marketing tips, to content step-by-steps and posters and flyers -- you'll have everything you and your team need.

Good luck!

Tim

I am the new PTA President and would like to do family night events. My problem is the old PTA only did pictures for their fundraisers and that was done just to do something. So I don't have any idea of how to budget for the event nights movie, reading, etc. (not doing as a fundraiser). We want to do them just to get families involved. HELP
