Look for Holly's sample on our Bonus Tools section this week:

www.ptotoday.com/bonusTools.html

For even more, we have a comprehensive Auction Guide & ToolKit (including all kinds customizable forms on a CD) here:

Good luck,

Tim

I have revamped our forms this year. At the top it has the item and then a description. Many of our items are baskets and it isn't always easy to tell what all is in the baskets at a glance. Then we have a place to put who it is donated by, the estimated value, and the minimum bid. Then there are the spaces for the bidders names, phone numbers, and bid amount.

We are also sending out a list of auction items before the big night, and having a detailed list by the door that night when people come in.

Hope this helps!
