Our PTO would like to haev our carnival on a Friday this year also instead of normal Saturday. Are you letting kids just roam as a normal carnival or are you planning times for different activities? Just trying to get an idea. We thought about planning time frames since I don't expect a ton of parents to come with their kids. Or what has been your experience if you haev done it on Friday before?
