We have had technology nights in the past. The PTO has a book fair and a bake sale that night. That has really been the end of out involvement. The school has the classrooms open and the computer lab open for parents to look through. I really think we can make so much more out of this evening, especially right now since we are trying to raise money for new computers. I hope someone will start throwing ideas my way since our meeting is coming up this week and I am going to pitch the idea to the school to add a few new things to the evening. HELP!!

Have you had technology night once before? What have you done in the past? That's a nice idea, I'm curious to see what that would entail. More info please.

We have a technology night at our school every year and I am looking for some new ideas to liven it up a bit. Our goal this year is to raise money for new computers in the classrooms and I think this evening would be a good idea to promote that but I'm just not sure how. Do any of you have technology nights and if so what do you do? I would really appreciate any help.
